1. Who we are

This store is run by Barrio Brussels ("Barrio Clothing", "we", "us"), Majoor Charles Claserstraat 5, 9300 Aalst, Belgium. VAT / company number: BE 1004.155.777. Email: info@barrioclothing.com.

By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

Your order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation email. We can refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud or abuse. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your region and include VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Bancontact, credit and debit cards, Klarna, Shop Pay and Google Pay.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free within Belgium, with an estimated delivery time of 3 business days. Rates and estimates for other countries are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative — carrier delays are outside our control.

5. Quality and guarantee

We stand behind the craftsmanship and materials in everything we make. Every item carries the legal two-year conformity guarantee under EU law.

7. Barrio Access

Barrio Access is our membership programme: you earn XP on what you spend, move up through ranks, and unlock drops, discounts and the member area. XP, ranks and rewards have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold. We can change or end the programme, and we can suspend an account that abuses it.

9. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — designs, graphics, photos, text, the Barrio name and logo — belongs to us. Don't copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. Refusal of service

We can refuse service where there's abuse of our return policy, fraud, or other circumstances that reasonably justify it.

11. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms and our policies at any time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your order.

12. Applicable law and disputes

Belgian law applies and disputes fall to the Belgian courts. If you're a consumer in the EU and we can't resolve something together, you can also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be).
