14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it, and another 14 days to send it back. You don't need to give a reason.

Condition of the item

Items must come back unworn and unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact. We can't accept anything that has been used, altered or damaged after delivery.

Return shipping costs

• Faulty or wrong item: we cover the return shipping.
• Change of mind or size swap: you cover the return shipping.

How to start a return

Email info@barrioclothing.com with your order number and what you want to send back. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. We refund the price of the item plus the standard delivery cost you paid on the original order. If you picked a more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard rate.

Faulty items

Every item carries the legal two-year conformity guarantee under EU law. If something arrives damaged, or develops a fault that isn't down to normal wear or misuse, get in touch and we'll sort out a repair, replacement or refund.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal doesn't apply to sealed items that can't be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to items made to your specifications.
